Spin Castle Terms in Brief

Your account is governed by the complete terms agreed at registration and by the card that comes with each offer. If a point here reads differently, those documents decide it.

Holding an account

Accounts are open to adults of 18 or over for whom gambling is lawful where they live. Register under your own name with true details and a UK mobile number, and balances are kept in pounds sterling.

The four-stage package

Codes CASTLE1, CASTLE2, CASTLE3 and CASTLE4 attach to your first four deposits in that order. Each needs a payment of £20 or more and can be redeemed a single time, and the four together can add £5,000 in bonus money and 550 free spins.

Bonus conditions

Bonus money turns withdrawable after you have staked 30 times its amount. Slot stakes count fully towards that figure, table stakes only partly. With a bonus running, no single bet may go above what 10 euros is worth in sterling. Credits still unused lapse after 30 days, and bonus funds are never valid on progressive-jackpot games.

Deposits and withdrawals

Every deposit has to be played through once before it can leave the account. A payout travels back along the route the deposit took, £20 is the smallest amount you can withdraw, and a bank transfer may need 3 to 10 banking days to arrive.

Account checks

We can ask you to prove who you are with photo ID, where you live with a document dated inside the last three months, and that the payment route is yours. We may also ring your phone while the check runs.

Licence

A Curaçao master licence covers our games. The UK Gambling Commission has not licensed us, and GAMSTOP does not include us.

Changes

Offers and these terms can be revised. Whatever version stands when you claim an offer is the version that governs it.
