Gambling here should be a pastime with a price, never a source of income or a way to recover losses. Pick a budget before you start, and walk away once the money or the time you set aside is spent.
Tools on your account
- Deposit limit: the most you can add to your balance.
- Time limit: how long a session may run.
- Cooling-off: a pause of 24 hours or longer.
- Self-exclusion: a lock lasting one month or six months at the least.
Once a self-exclusion starts, it runs to the end of the period you chose, so pick the length carefully.
GAMSTOP and blocking software
GAMSTOP does not cover us, because our licence is issued in Curaçao. Signing up to GAMSTOP leaves our registration form open to you, so if that scheme keeps you away from gambling, keep away from us as well. Gamban, installed on a phone or computer, blocks gambling sites, ours among them.
Signs to take seriously
Take a break and talk to someone if you raise stakes to win back losses, or if rent or bill money ends up in a game. The same goes for borrowing to carry on, playing far longer than planned, or keeping your spending from people close to you.
Where to find free help
- GamCare runs the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, free and in confidence.
- GambleAware gives advice and points you towards treatment.
- Gordon Moody offers recovery programmes, both residential and online.
- Gamblers Anonymous holds meetings in person and online.
Keeping under-18s out
Only adults of 18 or over may hold an account, and we verify age and identity. Lock your devices and keep your sign-in details private so nobody younger can play.
